US, Cuba to Discuss Export Rules at Meeting in First Quarter of 2016

US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Export Administration Matthew Borman claims that US and Cuban officials will discuss the regulations for US exporters to Cuba at a meeting in the first quarter of 2016.
