Temporary roads planned for two of Wales' finest sandy beaches

Two of the finest beaches in Wales could gets tracks installed to help improve access. Colwyn Bay and Rhos-on-Sea have some of best beaches in Wales and millions of pounds have been invested in sea defences and new sand.
