Proportion of renters who can't make ends meet doubles in six months as consumer confidence hits lowest point for 2015

Lloyds Bank said that among private renters, those who said they don’t have enough money to cover their monthly outgoings had doubled to 16 per cent in September from 8 per cent in April.
