Nedved proud to be Juventus vice-president

Pavel Nedved is delighted with his new role at Juventus.

Nedved was named vice-president on Friday.

“I said yes (to this role) because of Agnelli. They wanted me in the management right after I retired but I said yes only when I found out that there is another Agnelli on the board.

“Because Juventus and the Agnelli family have been together for more than 90 years. I knew it would work and I was right. We've won four league titles in five years and reached the Champions League final. That's not bad."
