Is Delta a better spot for a jet fuel port than Richmond? Alberta's premier thinks so

Southwest Metro Vancouver, once thought too pristine to permit oil tankers, is starting to look like a fuel hub. Plans call for a jet fuel terminal complete with tankers on Richmond’s side of the Fraser River; and across the river in Delta an LNG terminal is also in the works.
