Mogherini: Israel, Palestine Invited to Join Middle East Quartet Talks

The leaders of Israel and Palestine were invited to join negotiations of the Middle East Quartet to swiftly resolve the conflict between the two states, EU Foreign Policy chief Federica Mogherini said Tuesday.
