Video: Witness describes 'pandemonium' after B.C. Tofino boat sinking

Five British citizens are confirmed dead after a whale watching ship sank off Tofino, B.C. Sunday. Sheila Simpson says she was walking on the dock when rescue boats roared up carrying people from the vessel.
