Greece Says Refugees Are Not Enemies, Refuses to Protect Borders From Them

Greece does not consider migrants and asylum seekers arriving in Europe via Greece a security threat but part of a humanitarian crisis, Greece Migration Minister Yiannis Mouzalas said Sunday.
