US Sen. Tim Scott to visit prison camp at Guantanamo Bay

South Carolina U.S. Sen. Tim Scott, who opposes bringing inmates from Guantanamo Bay in Cuba to South Carolina, will visit the Cuban prison where terror suspects are detained.
