Экс-капитан «Астаны» выиграл «королевский» этап «Вуэльты Сан-Хуана»
На пятом, «королевском», этапе проходящей в Аргентине многодневки «Вуэльта Сан-Хуана» участники преодолели дистанцию в 173,7 км по маршруту Чимбас – Альто Колорадо, сообщает Prosports.kz.
На дистанции этапа располагались четыре категорийных подъема, самый сложный (ему была присвоена первая категория) из которых располагался перед фишишем. Первым на вершину, средний градиент подъема на которую составил 4,4%, а максимальный 7,1%, взошел бывший капитан «Астаны», ныне выступающий за Team Medellin – EPM колумбиец Мигель Анхель Лопес. Он на 30 секунд опередил финишировавшего вторым итальянца Филиппо Ганну из INEOS Grenadiers и на 38 секунд своего соотечественника Серхио Игиту из BORA – hansgrohe. Лучшим из гонщиков команды Astana Qazaqstan Team стал колумбиец Харольд Техада, пересекший финишную линию 21-м с отставанием от победителя в 2 минуты и 6 секунд.
Победа на этапе позволила Лопесу возглавить генеральную классификацию. Всего лишь 7 секунд ему проигрывает вышедший на второе место Ганна. Из представителей «Астаны» выше всех в «генерале» располагается казахстанец Юрий Натаров – он проигрывает лидеру 3 минуты и 39 секунд и занимает 27-е место.
