Lavrov, Kerry to Meet on Syria in Vienna October 23

The heads of the foreign ministries of Saudi Arabia and Turkey will join the meeting of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State John Kerry on the situation in Syria, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry.
