Discussions over NK captives in Baku held in Artsakh

During the meeting, Karen Mirzoyan stressed that continuous human rights violations against the NKR citizens in the Azerbaijani captivity are unacceptable, the NKR Foreign Ministry reports.

The meeting also focused on issues related to the ICRC’s projects in NKR, particularly the works for investigating the fate of the missing people.

The ICRC Regional Director was also received by NKR Defense Minister, Commander of the Defense Army Levon Mnatsakanyan.

During the meeting, Patrick Viale introduced newly appointed Head of ICRC Mission in Nagorno Karabakh Dragoslav Blazevic.
