Not Welcome: Dutch Minister Warns Refugees of 'Austere Reception'

Dutch Immigration Minister Klaas Dijkhoff addressed refugees coming to the country in a letter on Tuesday, warning them of the possible "austere reception" they are likely to get when arriving in the country.
