Memo suggesting Tony Blair signed up for Iraq war year in advance may delay Chilcot even further

The "astonishing" 2002 note from the then US Secretary of State Colin Powell to his President George W Bush said Mr Blair "will be with us" should the US take military action and that the "UK will follow our lead".
