Overloading Behind Deadly Ukraine Motorboat Accident

Overloading caused the excursion motorboat accident that saw up to 16 passengers drown and 20 others hospitalized in the southwest Ukrainian region of Odessa, Deputy Infrastructure Minister Yuri Vaskov said Saturday.
