Diageo gets out of the wine trade by selling Blossom Hill and Piat d'Or to Aussie rival for $552m

Australia's Treasury Wine Estates has bought Diageo's wine businesses for $552million (357.7million) after the latter decided it wanted to focus on its core spirit and beer arms.
