Now Bank of England says interest rate could be CUT: Move may be needed to boost economy and combat 'very weak' inflation 

Dr Gertjan Vlieghe, who joined the central bank’s monetary policy committee last month, warned that inflation is ‘very weak’ and Britain is at risk from turmoil around the world.
