On Wisconsin: Green Lake trying to set an example

GREEN LAKE, Wis. — The surface of the state’s deepest natural lake was flat last week as Capt. Marty Valasek slowly piloted the 60-foot Escapade dinner boat 150 yards off Green Lake’s shoreline.
