Man shot in the arm in West Englewood

A 23-year-old man was shot in the arm Tuesday afternoon in West Englewood on the South Side. The shooting happened about 4:35 p.m. in the 6400 block of South Hermitage, according to preliminary information from Chicago Police. He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, but additional details were not immediately available.
