Man wounded in West Garfield Park shooting

A man was shot in the West Garfield Park neighborhood Monday afternoon. About 4:17 p.m., the 32-year-old was sitting in a vehicle in the 200 block of North Kenneth when he was shot in the leg, police said. He was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition stabilized, police said.
