Putin congratulates Armenia on Independence Day and wishes its citizens prosperity
YEREVAN, September 21. /ARKA/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a congratulatory message to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of independence of the Republic of Armenia.
The message reads as follows: "Please accept our warmest congratulations on the occasion of the Republic of Armenia's national holiday, Independence Day. We attach great importance to friendly, allied relations with Armenia. It is important that our countries successfully cooperate in various areas, coordinate efforts within the Eurasian Economic Community, CSTO, CIS and other multilateral structures," Putin said in his congratulatory message posted on the Kremlin website.
The Russian president expressed confidence that the entire range of constructive bilateral ties meets the fundamental interests of the Russian and Armenian peoples, and the consistent implementation of the trilateral agreements signed in 2020 and 2021 is a good basis for ensuring lasting eace and security in the South Caucasus.
"I sincerely wish you good health and success in your activities, and happiness and well-being to all citizens of brotherly Armenia," Putin's message reads. --0--
