EU Needs an Alibi to be Friends With Russia? Syria Could Be a Good One

On Monday, October 12 the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the EU member states will meet in Luxembourg to discuss the conflict in Syria and the consequences of the Russian military action in the region. They will also discuss the migration and political settlement in Libya.
