ANC using Sanral CEO as scapegoat, says anti-toll group

The Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance (Outa) said on Monday that it is too easy for the African National Congress (ANC) to “finger out” the SA National Roads Agency’s (Sanral) CEO Nazir Alli as its scapegoat over Gauteng’s e-tolls debacle.
