Krejcir sentencing postponed

The sentencing of Radovan Krejcir, who was found guilty of attempted murder and kidnapping, has been postponed.

Johannesburg - The High Court in Johannesburg on Monday postponed the sentencing of Radovan Krejcir, who was found guilty of attempted murder and kidnapping.

There was a heavy police presence when Krejcir, whose escape plot was foiled earlier this month, appeared in court.

The state successfully requested a postponement of sentencing of the Czech crime fugitive and five of his co-accused, who were found guilty in August of attempted murder, kidnapping and drug dealing.

The matter was postponed to October 28.
