Armenian President Offers Condolences to Turkey Over Deadly Twin Blasts

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan sent Saturday his condolences to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan over deadly twin blasts in Ankara, which claimed the lives of at least 86 peaceful protesters.
