Germany 'Will Be Oblliged' to Curb Migration Flow After Bavaria's Threats

Germany will be bound to curb a migration flow in the country after Bavaria’s threat to take the government to court for failing to handle the massive refugee crisis, Bavaria’s Prime Minister Horst Seehofer said Saturday.
