EU Must Maintain Sanctions Until Minsk Deal Implemented - Cameron, Merkel

David Cameron and Angela Merkel said that the sanctions the European Union has imposed against Russia must be maintained until the Minsk agreements on Ukrainian reconciliation are fully implemented.
