Homeland Security chief tours flooded North Charleston neighborhood, but residents concerned help won't come

Across the state, FEMA is working alongside other disaster teams including the Department of Natural Resources, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, and the National Guard. On Friday, the Department of Homeland Security visited North Charleston to see damaged homes first hand.
