Andrews by boat: Flood's disastrous path leaves town underwater

Taking a boat down Highway 41 north of the town of Andrews is a surreal experience. There's a recognition by everyone in the boat they should be in a car, sticking an arm out the window to wave at neighbors they've known for years.
