US Devises New Approach to Replace Syrian Opposition Training Program

US President Barack Obama will thoroughly revise Washington’s approach to supporting Syrian rebel forces after this year’s troubled launch of a military training program, Defense Secretary Ashton Carter said during a news conference in London.
