German Government Urges Dialogue With Russia on Hotspots, Refugees

German Vice Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel and Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier on Friday called for talks with Russia on political settlement in North Africa and the Middle East, in order to get the flow of refugees under control.
