Haley on floodwaters approaching Lowcountry: 'This is a different kind of bad'

After flying above flood damage around the Pee Dee and Lowcountry on Thursday, Gov. Nikki Haley reiterated her desire for people to leave certain areas of the state as floodwaters from the Midlands make their way to the coast.
