Government approves release of 2.7 billion drams for road repairs in Lori and Syunik
YEREVAN, August 11. /ARKA/. The Armenian government approved today the release of more than 2.7 billion drams for road repairs in Lori and Syunik regions.
Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Minister Gnel Sanosyan said the money will be used to complete road repairs at three sites.
One of the sections stretching from the town of Stepanavan to the village of Yaghdan is in Lori region. Its length is 8.1 km, but this year only 6 km will be repaired, and the remaining section will be repaired in 2023 after the replacement of pipes running along the 2.1 km section.
The Sisian-Dastakert section which is Syunik region will also be repaired this year. Another road to be repaired in Syunik is the 17.5 road running from Tatev to Agvani. ($1 - 405.78 AMD).
