Moscow Welcomes Donbass Republics' Decision to Postpone Local Elections

Russia's Foreign Ministry expects that the decision by the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics in eastern Ukraine to postpone local elections will create a favorable atmosphere for the continuation of discussions on key issues of political settlement in Donbass.
