SC Gov: Death toll from flooding rises to 16, next 48 hours is critical

Fourteen people have died in South Carolina floodwaters, she said in the update as she cautioned people to be particularly vigilant and careful over the next two days. Just because there is no rain does not mean the threat is over, she said.
