Kiev Hails DPR, LNR Postponement of Elections, Wants 2014 Results Cancelled

Donetsk and Lugansk People's republics have to cancel the results of elections on November 2, 2014, according to a representative of Kiev’s negotiator in the trilateral Ukrainian reconciliation talks.
