'Impartial' States May Join Investigation Into US Bombing of Hospital - UN

The states not involved in the current Afghan conflict could take part in an independent commission investigating a US airstrike on a hospital in the Afghan city of Kunduz, UN Information Service Director Ahmad Fawzi said Tuesday.
