Boy, 12, makes the most of flooded neighborhood with front porch fishing

In a flooded West Ashley neighborhood, some residents are making the best of a soggy situation. Tristan Wells, a 12-year-old fisherman, says he had a case of cabin fever and decided to try a reel in a few fish -- from his driveway.
