Tom Hiddleston Says Loki Was Cut From 'Avengers: Age Of Ultron' Because It Was Confusing Test Audiences

Stuffed to the gills with the core team plus all kinds of side players and new faces, the bloated blockbuster promised it would be bigger—and well, it was. But one of the casualties of the editing process was Loki, with Tom Hiddleston's villain snipped from the final movie. He didn't have a big role, but nonetheless, Thor's brother is a big part of the Marvel-verse. It turns out that was a bit of a problem, as Loki isn't a character you can have pop up and leave.
