Vancouver MD’s challenge to private health care laws gets June trial date

A June trial date has been set for the much-delayed case dealing with the future of private health care in B.C. After hearing submissions from the lawyers Monday, B.C. Supreme Court Associate Chief Justice Austin Cullen set the trial date for June 6.
