Ohio Cop Who Killed Man With Cruiser Refused to Perform CPR, Witnesses Say

An officer responding to an emergency call on Saturday evening fatally struck a 21-year-old man with his police cruiser, then checked on his car instead of performing life-saving CPR on his victim.
