Bournemouth ace Ritchie won't hear criticism of Di Canio

Bournemouth winger Matt Ritchie enjoyed his time playing for Paolo di Canio.

Ritchie worked with Di Canio at Swindon Town.

“Even if he was on your back he had something about him that made you want to make him proud," Ritchie told the Telegraph.

“That is something every manager has to have. He had that in abundance. It was not a fear, more a charisma. He was a clever man and a very good manager."
