Obama Lacked Arguments to Contradict Putin During Ukraine Talks - Kremlin

Talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his US counterpart Barack Obama in New York were constructive but it is too early to speak about strengthening of mutual understanding as the United States is not eager to show flexibility, the Kremlin spokesman said.
