US, Afghanistan Launch Investigation Into Kunduz MSF Hospital Bombing

Washington and Kabul launched a joint investigation into a bombing of a hospital in Afghanistan's Kunduz, US Defense Secretary Ashton Carter said in a statement Saturday.
