Some 16,644 real estate deals concluded in Armenia in April, 2022

YEREVAN, June 6. /ARKA/. Some 16,644 real estate deals were concluded in Armenia in April, 2022, down from 17,260 deals concluded in March, according to the National Statistical Committee (NSC).

Most of the deals – 5,469 (32.9% of the total) - were concluded in the capital city Yerevan, while the least number were concluded in Vayots Dzor province- 357 (2.1%).

Some 2,700 real estate deals were concluded in Kotayk province, 1,359 deals in Ararat, 1,392 deals in Armavir province, 1,117 deals in Gegharkunik, 1,075 deals in Aragatsotn, 993 in Lori, 825 deals in Shirak, 728 deals were concluded in Tavush and 629 deals in Syunik provinces.

Some 6, 412 deals were property alienations (38.5% of the total), including 4,487 purchase and sale deals, 1,497 deals were donations, 16 deals were property exchanges.

Another 3, 087 deals were property inheritance, 2,343 deals were concluded as collateral, 2,343 deals were primary registration, 1,352 deals were re-registration, 980 deals were home rent and 266 deals were property legalization.-0-
