Driver sues over ‘criminal’ late-payment fee on Port Mann Bridge tolls

A Burnaby man has filed a class-action lawsuit over a $20 fee charged to him for late payment of his toll debt on the Port Mann Bridge, a fee that he claims amounts to a “criminal” interest rate.
