PACE Urges Kiev to Adopt Constitutional Reforms on Decentralization

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has called on Ukraine to promptly adopt constitutional reforms including the decentralization and judiciary chapters, a resolution on the progress of the Assembly’s monitoring procedure said Thursday.
