Trudeau tells Surrey audience Liberals would invest $3 billion to improve home care

A Liberal government would negotiate a new health accord with the provinces and invest $3 billion over four years to improve home care, leader Justin Trudeau announced in Surrey on Wednesday. Two million Canadians receive home care due to illnesses, injuries or aging, Trudeau told the audience of about 100 seniors, health-care workers and supporters.
