Report on B.C. Liberals' ethnic outreach controversy will take more time, says special prosecutor

A special prosecutor’s report on the findings of a two-year RCMP investigation into matters connected with the B.C. Liberals’ ethnic outreach strategy remains in progress and will not be completed this week as previously expected.
