Vancouver police say latest shooting linked to gang conflict

Vancouver police have identified the city’s 13th murder victim of 2015. Duy Ly Nguyen, 30, was shot while in the front passenger seat of a white Toyota Camry on Sunday in a mall parking lot on King Edward Avenue at Oak Street.
